Lifting weights helps you build muscle.And the increase in lean body tissue (muscle), will help you get a faster metabolic rate, thus help you burn more fat off your body. Second, by lifting weights you stimulate your body’s growth hormone.Growth hormone helps increase muscle mass and annhilate unwanted pounds.Obviously, lifting weights is the best method to dropping unwanted pounds and looking great. So, start lifting weight to lose some weight.
Avoid Processed Foods - Processed foods are foods that contain chemicals.You will find processed foods in the frozed food sections and throughout the aisles of the grocery stores. If you go the grocery store, most of the processed foods are found in the aisles, while the healthy and raw foods are found around the perimeter of the store. Processed foods stimulate your fat storage hormone, insulin.And when your insulin levels skyrocket, so will your fat storage.
You should eat more fruits and vegetables and stay away from foods high in saturated fats and sugar. This will make a big difference in your efforts to lose weight and get fit.
