It’s not Tough to Lose Fat

People just don’t want to work at losing fat. Having goals will help you stay motivated to get through the struggles and keep the fat off so you look awesome.

Here are a couple ideas on what you might need to do to get some fat loss:

- Increasing your intensity level during your fat loss program. The results will be creating a calorie burning machine that burns a high number of calories both during and after your workouts.  Most people go into the gym and ride the bike and burn a few hundred calories but if you want results you need to wear yourself out during your workouts.

- What are you eating and when are you eating it will determine your success with fat loss.  I highly suggest you increase your protein levels in your food and decrease your carbohydrate level to almost nothing. if you want results just get this mixture right and the fat loss will happen. One serving of rice, or half a cup, is about all the carbs you need during the fat loss phase.  That would mean you wouldn’t be able to have sugar or any other types of dressing or condiments.  It is so much more difficult than it may look.

- Look into a bodybuilding supplement to help keep your body working at a high level. Having the right fuel to repair your muscles as you break them down is extremely important. Being sore and injury prone is a result of improper fuel to the body so work on eating the right fuel.

- Dedication is an absolute must in a fat loss plan.  If you aren’t fully dedicated to losing fat you will have problems seeing results. Preparing your food ahead of time to get only the best fuel for your body and when you eat out know the calorie content within the food you choose, be picky as all of this is a part of your dedication to your goal.  Knowing the nutritional facts to what you are eating will take you a long way towards being successful with your goals.
