When you next have a craving for that Dove chocolate bar with almonds, I want you to go ahead and grab your food, walk into your bedroom or bathroom, strip yourself completely naked, and eat the bar in front of the mirror.

Studies have proven that you can relate feelings of anguish or joy with almost anything.
This simply implies that you are in charge of your emotions.
Repetition is a big key to making this work.
For Example: If you are a chocoholic, who is trying to lose weight, start doing the Shock and Awe technique every time you crave chocolate.
You will subconsciously create a negative anchor in your brain to chocolate or ice cream or whatever else that you are craving at that time.
You will actually build neural pathways to associate your food craving with how fat you look in the mirror in the same way you would build a pathway to become addicted to smoking.
As you can see, this is a very, very powerful technique!

Shock And Awe, and other mental techniques play a very important role in any detox diet. This is because in order to get rid of belly fat permanently, you have to retrain your brain so that you don’t go back to your old ways of eating and drinking. ~you have to create a new habit in your brain so that you won’t revert back to your old, bad, habits.
