The idiot proof diet is a strictly diet handbook that claims that they can help you lose 9 pounds every 11 days. Not just the first 11 days, but EVERY 11 days. Can it be real? Does it truly work?

I was rather skeptical when I first heard about it from my brother.

But after searching for something that works without having to kill myself in the process, I went ahead and bought. This weight loss diet handbook is a 11 days diet that you will be able to keep continuing in order to lose the weight. So now, after the first cycle of the idiot proof diet, here is my idiot proof diet reviews.

Did the idiot proof diet work? Did I Lose 9 Pounds Like What the Handbook Claimed?

I did not lose the exact 9 pounds mentioned but it was rather close. I drop 8.3 pounds through the very 1st round of the weight loss diet. And impressively, I saw results of the weight loss diet within the very first week of being on the diet.

The diet handbook is really easy to understand as there isn’t any complicated rules or procedures to follow. Plus, other than the that I paid upfront for the handbook, there wasn’t any other program that I had to buy besides that.

The food on the diet is easily found and best of all, I could find food that don’t need much cooking so I could get my meal ready in less than 5 minutes.

Diet…Will I have to Starve Myself?

Whenever I talk to my friends about my new weight loss secrets, they would start asking if there was a need to starve while on the diet and how they would not be able to do so.

However in this particular diet, there isn’t any need to starve. And…you will be eating 4 times a day! Yes, just my eating more meals per day, your body will be kept constantly working on the food eaten. This increase in the metabolism rate in your body helps you to burn more calories than before.

Then, the next question…what are the food we need to avoid?

Of course, you cannot be eating boxes of cakes and pizza, and still expect yourself to drop pounds. However you will be able to eat your favourite food before the second round of the weight loss diet. I will get to that part later.

Now, you will still be able to eat your pastas. You will have the choice from a range of food like meat, which I can’t live without, cheese, eggs and definitely fruits and vegetables. This idiot proof diet helps you to lose weight without affecting your health. Therefore, you do not need to worry that you will end up in the doctor’s office for a lack of nutrients.

Alright..Here’s the Exciting Part

You know how you can never stay on one diet for too long? You will crave for those food that you can’t have. Yes, it is true that what you can’t have always make it so much more desirable.

I’ve been on so many diets and failed so many times simple because I would try to last as long as I can without certain food or following certain diet. But after at most a month, I would give up as results don’t come fast and I’m losing that tiny bit of weight and giving up all my favorite food!

Then this is where the diet gets really awesome. Once the 11 days of the idiot proof diet is over, you will be able to enjoy 3 days of “cheat” from the diet. While on the break of the diet, you will get to eat ANYTHING that you want. I’m currently taking the break now and I’m loving it!

Will I Gain Back My Weight while on the 3 Days Break from the Idiot Proof Diet?

If you had followed the diet guide well, your body will already be attuned to burning more calories than you normally do so no matter what you eat, it is burning lots of calories off your body.

Plus, during the 3 days of cheat during the diet, though I did eat some food than I shouldn’t have but I actually craved for fruits. Perhaps it was a new habit from the 11 days of diet. Plus, I didn’t seem to have much appetite, perhaps due to the habit of eating 4 times a day from the diet.

My good friends joined me in the weight loss diet and it worked great for all of us. We didn’t end up bingeing on all the unhealthy food as we didn’t have to starve during the diet. We did eat till we were satisfied and when the break came, it just allowed us to indulge in the food we love so that we wouldn’t end up bingeing on them like what people normally do at the end of a long diet.

So the 3 days mini break from the diet is an extremely great idea…especially so for someone like me. I do not have much discipline in me and I can’t help but cheat in all my diet.

This is the first diet that I could go through without the urge to cheat. I was able to sail through the idiot proof diet and dropped my weight easily!

More Awesome Info

One reason why I didn’t have to cheat was the fact that they didn’t have strict rules like you can only eat this or that today. The diet gives you lots of flexibility, allowing you to make your choice based on what you prefer.

Plus….you will even be allowed to get some night snacks!

Yes! I almost shouted out in joy when I saw that. I am a night owl and when I am on normal diets, it always make my stomach growl in hunger. I will be so hungry that I would not even be able to sleep properly. Usually, I end up eating so much due to the hunger that it results in me eating more that I should have eaten.

And…You will get to drink even wine!

I’m sorry if I got you thinking that you can drink bottles of beer each day. You will be able to drink. However, it will not be too much. Have a glass of wine after dinner would be alright.
