When was the last time you decided to put your car on a gasoline diet? Especially since gas has gotten so expensive, this would make all the sense in the world. Except your car would stop in the middle of freeway traffic. How could it not without fuel? This happens to people every day. Funny enough, as a sophisticated society educated about all types of diets, we stop giving our bodies the fuel it so desperately needs, and yet we want it to work longer hours and with more oomph and energy than it did before.

That doesn’t make any sense at all, yet we try it all the time!

Somehow we still try these diets that scream “starve me, starve me” even though we know they don’t work. Did you know that 95% of all diets fail?

So instead of depriving your body from food, what about simply adding three powerful weight loss enhancing foods, that can encourage your natural weight loss. There are no foods to cut out, only foods to add, here they are:

1. Before eating breakfast, drink the juice of two pink grapefruits. No sugar or artificial sweeteners are needed, and don’t eat for at least 15 minutes afterwards. Most fruits, with the exception of bananas, don’t get digested by your stomach like other foods. Eating fruit together with your meals may cause the fruit to sit in your stomach too long. This causes the fruit to ferment, which in turn can cause a painful stomach.

2. It is essential to drink a full gallon of water per day. Yes, you heard right. When I first heard this, I was certain that my bladder wouldn’t be able to handle it, but I listened and was amazed at how easily the weight started to come off and I was also hungry a lot less. You will realize that you won’t be as hungry as you were before, because your body was actually telling you that you were thirsty. It’s important to drink water without ice or lemons added to it.

3. Vegetables that are rich in natural content are essential add to your diet. Those foods make great snack foods. Some of those vegetables contain a lot of water, such as iceberg lettuce, celery, apples, and many more. Always do your best to leave them in their raw state and not to cook them. These foods full of water give you a satisfied and full feeling and their juices add to flushing out fatty cells and poisons in the body.
